  1. Welcome to ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever, the easiest to get mail when you're not there!!
  2.  
  3. ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever is Shareware.  Please feel free to Evaluate it at your
  4. leisure.  If you like ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever, and continue to use it after 30
  5. days, then you are required to register it, or remove it from your computer.

  7. Installing ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever:
  8.  
  9. 1). Create a new directory for ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever (e.g. c:\rover).
  10. 2). Place all the ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever files in the new directory.

  12.  
  13. NOTE: The ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever archive includes CTL3DV2.DLL (v2.29), and
  14. CMDIALOG.VBX (v3.0) which are used by MANY programs.  If you DO NOT ALREADY have these
  15. files in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, then you MUST Move them there, however, in 
  16. most cases you should simply delete mine.  ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever should work
  17. with any version of these files, so try it first, before you overwrite your current
  18. files with mine. You can check the version of your files in File Manager by selecting
  19. the file, and then File|Attributes... from the menu.  If mine is older, just delete it.

  21. 3). Start Windows, if you're not already there.
  22. 4). Add an icon for ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever to your Startup Program Manager Group
  23.     (or other convenient Group).
  24. 5). Double-click the ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever icon to launch it. Placing it in the
  25.     Startup Program Manager Group launch it every time Windows is started.
  26. 6). Click on the time you want ROVER - WinCim Mail Retriever, to receive mail via
  27.     CompuServe.
